When contacting us about an existing order, please provide:

CUSTOM SURFBOARD ENQUIRIES

For custom surfboard recommendations, please provide the requested information through our custom-order or contact form. This may include your age, height, weight, surfing ability, usual wave conditions, current surfboard, preferred model, dimensions, volume, construction, fin system and colour preferences.

Our team may contact you after an order is placed to review and confirm the final specifications and required payment before manufacturing begins.

SHIPPING DAMAGE AND RETURNS

If a surfboard arrives damaged, do not use it. Contact us immediately and include photographs of:

  • the surfboard damage;

  • the outside of the packaging;

  • the inside of the packaging; and

  • the courier label where available.

Keep all packaging materials until the matter has been assessed.

Please contact us before returning any product. Our team will provide the applicable return instructions.
