Thruster-like control, twin-fin release
The Deuce held confidently through forehand and backhand turns. Wooly could push against the rail from the bottom in a way that felt closer to a thruster, then access the speed and release expected from two fins. Larger EN twin fins added hold and drive without removing down-the-line acceleration.
This is not primarily a tiny-wave groveller. It comes alive when the wave has push, a steeper pocket or enough face for committed turns. In those conditions it can replace a high-performance shortboard for surfers who want more speed and freedom without sacrificing control.
